Purchase policy:

By placing an order you agree to all Color Country Leather terms and conditions, prices, shipping cost and method, handling and payment terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order after receiving your purchase for any reason. All payments are to be made in advance through our online service or over the phone.

Shipping and Handling:

It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charges that may apply, including any extra charges for services you requested, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, etc.

Shipping charge(s), re-shipping charge(s), and a 30% restocking fee may apply to all rejected or returned package(s).


Once you receive your order you have 72 Hours -weekends and holidays included- to report any damaged or items. Please let us know of any mishaps and we will deal with the issue according to the terms of our warranty and policy.

In case a shipping box is damaged please inform us and attach photos of the box so we can raise the issue with our shipping company.

Limited Warranty Information:

This limited warranty information covers defective products only.

We are not responsible for any misused, abused, or any damage caused by human error.


if an order is cancelled after being processed in our warehouse -you will receive an e-mail once you orders has been processed- then you shall be responsible for 30% restocking fee of theĀ  items cost.

Return and Exchange:

Returns are processed case by case, please contact up on the contact-us page to initiate a return.

Exchange may be accepted for any defective products.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not offer return shipment on return/exchange/defective products, unless the products were sent from us by mistake.

All discounted sales are final. No adjustments/credits/returns on previous purchase prior discounted sales.

All closeout/clearance products are final sale; no exchange, no refund, and no return.
